Tafsir of Verse 89, Surah Aal-i-Imraan

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿89﴾

Display verse 89, Surah Aal-i-Imraan in the Quran

English Translation

Except for those who repent after that and correct themselves. For indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (89)

English Transliteration

Illa allatheena taboo min baAAdi thalika waaslahoo fainna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun (89)

Tafsir of Verse 89

But those who repent thereafter, and make amends -- God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. (89)

Except for those that repent (Even) after that, and make amends; for verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (89)
