Tafsir of Verse 37, Surah Al-Ankaboot

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ فِى دَارِهِمْ جَٰثِمِينَ ﴿37﴾

Display verse 37, Surah Al-Ankaboot in the Quran

English Translation

But they denied him, so the earthquake seized them, and they became within their home [corpses] fallen prone. (37)

English Transliteration

Fakaththaboohu faakhathathumu alrrajfatu faasbahoo fee darihim jathimeena (37)

Tafsir of Verse 37

But they cried lies to him; so the earthquake seized them, and morning found them in their habitation fallen prostrate. (37)

But they rejected him: Then the mighty Blast seized them, and they lay prostrate in their homes by the morning. (37)
