Tafsir of Verse 53, Surah Al-Ghaafir

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَأَوْرَثْنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ ﴿53﴾

Display verse 53, Surah Al-Ghaafir in the Quran

English Translation

And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture (53)

English Transliteration

Walaqad atayna moosa alhuda waawrathna banee israeela alkitaba (53)

Tafsir of Verse 53

We also gave Moses the guidance, and We bequeathed upon the Children of Israel the Book (53)

We did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance, and We gave the book in inheritance to the Children of Israel,- (53)
