فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا۟ بِٱلطَّاغِيَةِ ﴿5﴾

English Translation

So as for Thamud, they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast]. (5)

English Transliteration

Faamma thamoodu faohlikoo bialttaghiyati (5)

As for Thamood, they were destroyed by the Screamer; (5)

But the Thamud,- they were destroyed by a terrible Storm of thunder and lightning! (5)
