ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ ضَرَبُوا۟ لَكَ ٱلْأَمْثَالَ فَضَلُّوا۟ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَبِيلًا ﴿48﴾

English Translation

Look how they strike for you comparisons; but they have strayed, so they cannot [find] a way. (48)

English Transliteration

Onthur kayfa daraboo laka alamthala fadalloo fala yastateeAAoona sabeelan (48)

Tafsir of Verse 48

Behold, how they strike similitudes for thee, and go astray, and cannot find a way! (48)

See what similes they strike for thee: but they have gone astray, and never can they find a way. (48)
