Tafsir of Verse 44, Surah Al-Ma'aarij
خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِى كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
English Translation
Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised.English Transliteration
KhashiAAatan absaruhum tarhaquhum thillatun thalika alyawmu allathee kanoo yooAAadoonaTafsir of Verse 44
humbled their eyes, overspreading them abasement. That is the day which they were promised.
Their eyes lowered in dejection,- ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised!
