Tafsir of Verse 50, Surah Ash-Shura

أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَٰثًا ۖ وَيَجْعَلُ مَن يَشَآءُ عَقِيمًا ۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ ﴿50﴾

Display verse 50, Surah Ash-Shura in the Quran

English Translation

Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent. (50)

English Transliteration

Aw yuzawwijuhum thukranan wainathan wayajAAalu man yashao AAaqeeman innahu AAaleemun qadeerun (50)

Tafsir of Verse 50

or He couples them, both males and females; and He makes whom He will barren. Surely He is All-knowing, All-powerful. (50)

Or He bestows both males and females, and He leaves barren whom He will: for He is full of Knowledge and Power. (50)
