Surah Qaaf: Verse 7 - والأرض مددناها وألقينا فيها رواسي... - English

Tafsir of Verse 7, Surah Qaaf

وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍۭ بَهِيجٍ ﴿7﴾

Display verse 7, Surah Qaaf in the Quran

English Translation

And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, (7)

English Transliteration

Waalarda madadnaha waalqayna feeha rawasiya waanbatna feeha min kulli zawjin baheejin (7)

Tafsir of Verse 7

And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every joyous kind (7)

And the earth- We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and produced therein every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs)- (7)
