Tafsir of Verse 15, Surah Yaseen

قَالُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ مِن شَىْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَكْذِبُونَ ﴿15﴾

Display verse 15, Surah Yaseen in the Quran

English Translation

They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies." (15)

English Transliteration

Qaloo ma antum illa basharun mithluna wama anzala alrrahmanu min shayin in antum illa takthiboona (15)

Tafsir of Verse 15

They said, 'You are naught but mortals like us; the All-merciful has not sent down anything. You are speaking only lies.' (15)

The (people) said: "Ye are only men like ourselves; and (Allah) Most Gracious sends no sort of revelation: ye do nothing but lie." (15)
