Surah Al-Furqaan: Verse 16 - لهم فيها ما يشاءون خالدين... - English

Tafsir of Verse 16, Surah Al-Furqaan

لَّهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَآءُونَ خَٰلِدِينَ ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ وَعْدًا مَّسْـُٔولًا ﴿16﴾

Display verse 16, Surah Al-Furqaan in the Quran

English Translation

For them therein is whatever they wish, [while] abiding eternally. It is ever upon your Lord a promise [worthy to be] requested. (16)

English Transliteration

Lahum feeha ma yashaoona khalideena kana AAala rabbika waAAdan masoolan (16)

Tafsir of Verse 16

Therein they shall have what they will dwelling forever; it is a promise binding upon thy Lord, and of Him to be required. (16)

"For them there will be therein all that they wish for: they will dwell (there) for aye: A promise to be prayed for from thy Lord." (16)
