Surah Al-Jinn: Verse 16 - وأن لو استقاموا على الطريقة... - English
Tafsir of Verse 16, Surah Al-Jinn
وَأَلَّوِ ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسْقَيْنَٰهُم مَّآءً غَدَقًا
English Translation
And [Allah revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant provisionEnglish Transliteration
Waallawi istaqamoo AAala alttareeqati laasqaynahum maan ghadaqanTafsir of Verse 16
Would they but go straight on the way, We would give them to drink of water copious,
(And Allah's Message is): "If they (the Pagans) had (only) remained on the (right) Way, We should certainly have bestowed on them Rain in abundance.
