Tafsir of Verse 80, Surah Al-Muminoon

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ ٱخْتِلَٰفُ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿80﴾

Display verse 80, Surah Al-Muminoon in the Quran

English Translation

And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? (80)

English Transliteration

Wahuwa allathee yuhyee wayumeetu walahu ikhtilafu allayli waalnnahari afala taAAqiloona (80)

Tafsir of Verse 80

It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? (80)

It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? (80)
