Tafsir of Verse 42, Surah Al-Qamar
كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَٰهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ
English Translation
They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability.English Transliteration
Kaththaboo biayatina kulliha faakhathnahum akhtha AAazeezin muqtadirinTafsir of Verse 42
They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent.
The (people) rejected all Our Signs; but We seized them with such Penalty (as comes) from One Exalted in Power, able to carry out His Will.
