وَمَآءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ
English Translation
And water poured outEnglish Transliteration
Wamain maskoobinTafsir of Verse 31
and outpoured waters,
By water flowing constantly,
وَمَاءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ (...and water, poured forth...56:31) This means the water will be flowing constantly on the surface of the ground.
