Tafsir of Verse 70, Surah Al-Waaqia
لَوْ نَشَآءُ جَعَلْنَٰهُ أُجَاجًا فَلَوْلَا تَشْكُرُونَ
English Translation
If We willed, We could make it bitter, so why are you not grateful?English Transliteration
Law nashao jaAAalnahu ojajan falawla tashkuroonaTafsir of Verse 70
Did We will, We would make it bitter; so why are you not thankful?
Were it Our Will, We could make it salt (and unpalatable): then why do ye not give thanks?
