Tafsir of Verse 34, Surah An-Nahl

فَأَصَابَهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ ﴿34﴾

Display verse 34, Surah An-Nahl in the Quran

English Translation

So they were struck by the evil consequences of what they did and were enveloped by what they used to ridicule. (34)

English Transliteration

Faasabahum sayyiatu ma AAamiloo wahaqa bihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona (34)

Tafsir of Verse 34

So the evil things that they wrought. smote them, and they were encompassed by that they mocked at. (34)

But the evil results of their deeds overtook them, and that very (Wrath) at which they had scoffed hemmed them in. (34)
