وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّا ﴿14﴾

English Translation

And dutiful to his parents, and he was not a disobedient tyrant. (14)

English Transliteration

Wabarran biwalidayhi walam yakun jabbaran AAasiyyan (14)

Tafsir of Verse 14

and cherishing his parents, not arrogant, rebellious. (14)

And kind to his parents, and he was not overbearing or rebellious. (14)
