Tafsir of Verse 15, Surah Maryam

وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ يُبْعَثُ حَيًّا ﴿15﴾

Display verse 15, Surah Maryam in the Quran

English Translation

And peace be upon him the day he was born and the day he dies and the day he is raised alive. (15)

English Transliteration

Wasalamun AAalayhi yawma wulida wayawma yamootu wayawma yubAAathu hayyan (15)

Tafsir of Verse 15

'Peace be upon him, the day he was born, and the day he dies, and the day he is raised up alive!' (15)

So Peace on him the day he was born, the day that he dies, and the day that he will be raised up to life (again)! (15)
