Tafsir of Verse 36, Surah As-Saaffaat
وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓا۟ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍ مَّجْنُونٍۭ
English Translation
And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?"English Transliteration
Wayaqooloona ainna latarikoo alihatina lishaAAirin majnooninTafsir of Verse 36
saying, 'What, shall we forsake our gods for a poet possessed?'
And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?"
