Surah Az-Zumar: Verse 57 - أو تقول لو أن الله... - English
Tafsir of Verse 57, Surah Az-Zumar
أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هَدَىٰنِى لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
English Translation
Or [lest] it say, "If only Allah had guided me, I would have been among the righteous."English Transliteration
Aw taqoola law anna Allaha hadanee lakuntu mina almuttaqeenaTafsir of Verse 57
or lest it should say, 'If only God had guided me, I should have been or lest among the godfearing,'
"Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous!'-
